Meetings

Meetings are held every Friday morning at 7.15 am at the Fresha Cafe on the Sowton Business Estate. We usually meet for informal networking before the formal part of the meeting convenes at 7.30. The format varies from week to week but will typically take the form of a short introduction of their business from each attendee.  This is then followed by your choice of breakfast and the meeting concludes with a presentation from a member or a guest speaker.

At least once a month the format is changed so that instead of a speaker, we hold an open surgery session where members can air their problems and questions and use the group as a sounding board.  Typically, our members have years of business experience behind them and this is often used for the benefit of the group as a whole.

Meetings usually finish formally at 9.00am but thanks to Fresha's relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, meetings between attendees often stretch on into the morning.
